In order to keep unauthorized people (bulk mailers) from being able to create accounts to access EWMA Minnesota Chapter Q information, we require a pass-code to create an account. Send an email message to ewma-mnq@rivord.us requesting the pass-code to enter below. Make sure and include your member number in your request. No pass-codes will be given out without being a valid member.
